Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the timely delivery and implementation of cost-effective, quality products to our customers (internal and external). This person will provide overall project management and leadership to multidisciplinary teams to deliver within a committed budget and schedule. This person will work with customers, business technology teams in different geographical locations to ensure agreement of business requirements and system design, preparation and management of project plans, and successful testing and implementation. All projects occur in a cross-functional team setting. He or she helps support ALTERthought's core values of Technology and Innovation through forward-thinking business-technology frameworks. ALTERTHOUGHT INTERNAL
Work closely with the executive team including the CTO, Chief Scientist, and President to develop and help drive the following (1) R&D opportunity assessment scorecards (2) Prototype development process (3) R&D organization design (4) Analyses, requirements documentation, and supporting artifacts for the build out of ALTERthought's own software-related business concepts (5) Refinement/Re-engineering of ALTERthought's Planix TM software development estimation tool (6) Analysis and jumpstart of potential ALTERthought subsidiaries/spinout concepts (7) Analysis and pursuit of consulting services strategies.

CLIENT PRODUCT/SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
The SBA will provide broad business expertise and play a key customer contact role in the development of leading edge distributed/e-business infrastructure and systems. He or she will: lead the analysis of customer user roles, processes, dynamic analytical engine applications, and infrastructure needs; aid in developing company and client information technology strategy; lead the identification and modeling of user/role/trading partner business information/integration needs; contribute to current-state business process analysis activities, including process modeling and the identification of key problems, product opportunities, and process improvement opportunities; contribute to future-state Business Process Design activities, including process modeling for cross-functional operational process flows.
